About the City Celebration
The City Celebration is an annual day-long event that brings the community together at the Westlake Village Civic Center. This year marks the 16th year of the event and the collaborations with multiple non-profit organizations and local businesses. Featuring exciting local performances, dance party zone, delicious food, mad science area, petting zoo, document shredding collection, and the popular White Oak Elementary Family Festival, the Westlake Village City Celebration truly offers something for residents of all ages and interests.

Schedule of Events for October 20, 2018
3 p.m. SPECIAL PERFORMANCE BY Girl Scout Cadette Troop 6546 and Junior Troop 752.
3:10 p.m. - 6 p.m. Dance and Game Zone
Enjoy giant Jenga, checkers, and other games in the back patio area or have a dance party and enjoy games brought to you by the Thousand Oaks DJ Company on the dance floor in the main courtyard.
3 p.m. - 6 p.m. Document Shredding Event
At the Farmer's Insurance Parking Lot located at 31051 Agoura Road. There is a limit of three boxes per family at the shredding event. No staples or cardboard to be shredded. Please drop off the shredding and take your containers with you as you leave. Presented by ShredZero and sponsored by Polis and Associates.
3 p.m. - 6 p.m. Emergency Services Meet 'N' Greet 'N' Explore
Residents will have the opportunity to meet and greet their local Sheriff and Fire personnel while exploring Sheriff and Fire vehicles and meeting a member of the equestrian team.
3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Family Friendly Free Activities
Residents may visit some of the friendliest clowns around for balloon animals, visit the petting zoo from Reptacular Animals, make masks with CreAte Studios, play free games with CLU Counseling Services, and take free photo booth strips (3-8 pm).
3 p.m. - 8 p.m. Yarrow Family YMCA Dr. Frankenstein's Science Lab and Super Hero Make-over
The Yarrow Family YMCA will be hosting a free Dr. Frankenstein Science Lab in the large Community Room with membership information about the new YMCA. In addition, the YMCA wants you to "Be A Superhero in Your Community" with a Super Hero Makeover for $5 per child in the J.B. Henderson Room. All proceeds will support Yarrow Family YMCA Youth and Government Programs. A raffle is available for $1 per ticket.
3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m Manna Food Collection
Residents are encouraged to drop off cans or boxes of food for Manna Food Bank at the tables at the top of the hill on your way into the event. The food will be collected by Girl Scout Cadette Troop 6546 and Junior Troop 752.
3 p.m. - 8 p.m. Central Food Court Dinner and Snacks:
Presented by "Middle Feast", "Smiley's Hot Dogs", "Grilled Cheese Truck", "Epic Taco", "Kona Ice", and "California Kettle Corn" with a portion of the proceeds to support the Westlake Village Community Foundation. In addition, Nothing Bundt Cakes will be selling with a percentage of the proceeds going to the White Oak PFC.
3 p.m. - 8 p.m. Local Craft Beer and Wine on the Back Patio
Presented by "Wades Wines", "Figueroa Mountain Brewing Company", "14 Cannons Brewery", and "Westlake Brewing Company". Proceeds support the Westlake Village Community Foundation. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer for $7 per glass on one of the many lounges around the Civic Center or challenge a giant game to a friend.
3 p.m. - 8 p.m. White Oak Elementary Family Festival
Rides, inflatables, toy,s and bake sale. All proceeds benefit the White Oak PFC. Ride bracelets and tickets are available for purchase at the event.
6 p.m. - 7 p.m. Magic Show in City Council Chambers- Brettso The Great
Presented by the Friends of the Westlake Village Library
7 p.m. - 8 p.m. "Stadium House of Rock"
Finale Concert featuring local teens and children in the center Courtyard.
