City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 to consider:
An ordinance amending Article 9 of the Westlake Village Municipal Code to allow outdoor dining areas in parking lots and other areas in conjunction with a restaurant subject to approval of a Temporary Use Permit. The purpose of the ordinance is to allow the temporary dining areas that were approved because of the pandemic to continue operating indefinitely. The proposed ordinance is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
