City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 to consider in accordance with Government Code Section 50022.3, adoption of an ordinance adopting by reference Title 32 of the Los Angeles County Code, incorporating and amending the 2022 California Fire Code; together with certain amendments, deletions and additions and including findings, fees, and penalties; and amending the Westlake Village Municipal Code. The proposed ordinance is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Copies of the above-referenced code is on file with the City Clerk and available for public inspection during normal business hours. All interested individuals are invited to submit written comments prior to the public hearing or to attend the public hearing and give testimony.
