4. This form is to be filled out by any resident/person that would like to bring an inflatable to a City Park. Bouncers are not permitted to be at the Westlake Village Community Park. Please note that only one standard size bounce house per party is permitted (no obstacle courses, water slides, etc.) and that the City requires this form, liability insurance, and a separate additional insured endorsement (both naming the City of Westlake Village). By submitting this form you are acknowledging that you have read the inflatable rules and regulations and will comply with them.

    1. There is no power at the parks.
    2. No stakes may be used into park grounds.
    3. No vehicles are allowed onto park grounds, all equipment must be carried or hand-trucked into the site.
    4. No water slides or wet units.
    5. Only one bounce house is permitted per party.
    6. Units must be secured.
    7. Generators must be coned off from the general public.

29. Contract with the bounce company*
    Please submit the contract that you the user have with the bounce company for the rental.
