Streets in Westlake Village

There are approximately 35 miles of paved streets within the City of Westlake Village or just under 7.7 million square feet of pavement. The replacement value is estimated to be approximately $60 million dollars.

Annual Street Improvements 

The Fiscal Year 2021-22 street improvement project includes paving the Civic Center parking lot, Lakeview Canyon Road and Watergate Road (east of Lakeview) and slurry sealing Thousand Oaks Blvd.  See maps below for work locations and schedules.  The project will wrap up in late June with the paving at the Civic Center parking lot.
