FPPC Campaign Statements (Form 410, 460, 470, etc.) for the Westlake Village City Council
Effective January 1, 2021, AB 2151 requires a local government agency to post on its internet website, within 72 hours of the applicable filing deadline, a copy of any specified statements, reports, or other documents filed with that agency in paper format and must be made available for four years from the date of the election associated with the filing. Before posting, the local filing officer shall redact the street name and building number of the persons or entity representatives listed on any statement, report, or document, or any bank account number required to be disclosed by the filer.
To ensure integrity of Campaign Statements, each page, as submitted to the City Clerk, is scanned and placed online. All original documents (un-redacted) are public information and available from the City Clerk Department for review during regular business hours Monday through Friday, or copied at the cost of .10 cents per page.
The Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) requires reports from committees, candidates and elected officials at various times of the year. All filings are scanned and available for viewing.
