Waste Management Collection Agreement
The City of Westlake Village has an agreement with Waste Management (WM) for the exclusive collection of residential and commercial waste including garbage, recyclable materials, and organic waste. Please visit the WM website or contact WM directly for all service needs and questions including:
- Start or stop service
- Bill questions and payment options
- Apply for a senior discount or low-income discount
- Request a bulky item pickup
- Request a Household Hazardous Waste pickup
- Request a free Kitchen Food Waste Pail or Home Compost Bin
- Questions about recyclable materials and organic waste

Waste Collection Agreement
On July 27, 2022, the City Council approved an agreement with Waste Management to provide exclusive waste collection services in Westlake Village for at least the next 10 years.
